وجه النائب الثاني لرئيس مجلس النواب النائب احمد الهميسات سؤالاً من العيار الثقيل لدولة رئيس الوزراء جعفر حسان يسأله عن تعيين نجل أحد الكتاب الصحفيين في ديوان التشريع والرأي ومن دون مقابلات أو إعلان.

وتالياً نص السؤال:

سنداً لأحكام الماده ( 96 ) من الدستور، وعملاً بأحكام المادة ( 123 ) من النظام الداخلي لمجلس النواب، أرجو توجيه السؤال التالي إلى دولة رئيس الوزراء الأفخم: 

1- هل تم تعيين موظف ابن أحد الكتاب الصحفيين في ديوان التشريع والرأي دون مقابلات أو إعلان كما هو متبع في التعيينات الحكومية.

2- ما هي مؤهلاته وخبراته العلمية والعملية.

3- كم يبلغ راتب هذا الموظف وهل تم أخذ موافقة هيئة الخدمة والإدارة العامة.
