استناداً لأحكام المادة (96) من الدستور وعملاً بأحكام المادة (123) من النظام الداخلي لمجلس النواب أرجو توجيه السؤال التالي إلى دولة رئيس الوزراء.

نص السؤال:

أرجو إجابتي إجابة واضحة ومفصلة وبيان المطلوب من السؤال والمتعلق بالشركات الثلاثة التالية أسماءهم ولكل شركة على حدة : شركة العقبة للمطارات، شركة العقبة للنقل والخدمات اللوجستية وشركة العقبة لإدارة وتشغيل الموانئ .

1- ما هو الهيكل الوظيفي لكل شركة من هذه الشركات، وما هي المناصب التي استحدثت في هذه الشركات منذ 1 / 1 / 2022 حتى تاريخه ؟

2- كم يبلغ عدد الموظفين العاملين في هذه الشركات، وما هي طبيعة وشكل التعاقد معهم وتوظيفهم (دائمة، مؤقتة، جزئية) مع بيان العدد لكل شكل من أشكال التوظيف ؟

3- ما هو سلم الرواتب المعتمد في كل شركة، وما هو الحد الأعلى والحد الأدنى للرواتب التي يتقاضاها الموظفون فيها حاليا ؟

4- كم بلغت المكافآت التي صرفت للموظفين والإداريين في هذه الشركات، وكم بلغت قيمتها خلال المدة من 1 / 1/ 2022 حتى تاريخه، مع بيان المسمى الوظيفي لكل من صرفت له، مبينا اسباب منح المكافآت لكل موظف و / أو إداري صرفت له؟

5- ما هي الآلية المعتمدة في تعيين الموظفين في هذه الشركات، وهل يتم الإعلان عن الوظائف الشاغرة بشكل عام لكل المواطنين لضمان مبدأ الشفافية وتكافؤ الفرص، مع تزويدي بإعلانات التوظيف التي تمت عن الوظائف خلال المدة من 1 / 1 / 2022 حتى تاريخه ؟

6- هل تمت أي تعيينات جديدة لمناصب إدارية عليا في هذه الشركات خلال العامين الماضيين 2023 و 2024 ، مع ذكر المؤهلات العلمية للأشخاص الذين تم تعيينهم ؟

7- من هم أعضاء مجالس إدارة هذه الشركات خلال المدة من 1 / 1 / 2020 حتى تاريخه، مع بيان قيمة المكافآت التي تقاضاها كل عضو منهم والسند القانوني لهذه المكافآت ؟

8- كم يبلغ عمر المدراء التنفيذيين و / أو العامين لهذه الشركات حاليا وكم كان يبلغ حين توليهم مناصبهم الحالية ؟

9- ما هي الخبرات السابقة للمدراء التنفيذيين و / أو العامين في هذه الشركات، وما هي مؤهلاتهم العلمية ومتى حصلوا عليها، وهل تم التحقق من معادلة شهاداتهم العلمية واعتمادها من الجهات المختصة في حال حصولهم عليها من خارج الأردن قبل تعيينهم في مناصبهم الحالية
